AWS is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to drive a diverse range of initiatives within the marketing team. This role will provide strategic and technical advice across a variety of campaigns to efficiently and effectively amplify major news announcements, events, and company-wide initiatives. This person will execute test plans across all relevant paid channels, and iterate based on performance metrics. He is also a content producer to create user friendly online presences for our targeted audiences, with an emphasis on brand approach. In addition, he will leverage and design local lifecycle campaign to help customers be successful at every steps of cloud journey. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders at all levels, and have exceptional skills leading cross-functional collaboration to align and coordinate strategies.
The ideal candidate will take an analytical approach to problem solving and have a track record of successfully applying marketing data and technology to integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, brand perception lift, and message recall. This person will have experience working within cross-functional organizations to set shared direction, strategy, and goals. As part of a newly formed team within AWS Taiwan Marketing, the ideal candidate should have a builder’s spirit -- comfortable with ambiguity, and interested in opportunities to experiment, and create new approaches and processes. Expect to be hands on. Ideally, should have a sound understanding of UI/UX standards and responsive design, so that we're able to continually improve the best experience for our users.
Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day support and execution of digital marketing campaigns including project management, build, QA, deployment, measurement/reporting.
· Lead the targeting and audience segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of lifecycle programs and initiatives.
· Develop and execute A/B testing in paid campaigns to refine messaging and drive perception lift.
· Provide subject-matter expertise to the broader communications organization on paid marketing strategies and plans that will meet business objectives.
· Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies.
· Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and scale an organization growing at a rapid pace.
· Create digital and print assets for use in banners, landing pages, videos, email templates & powerpoint presentations.
· Develop and own goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Own reporting plan delivery, measurement and optimization to team on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications :
· 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology companies/products to the enterprise market
· Demonstrated success in scalable online programs and campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting
· Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
· A team player who is also able to work independently
· Extremely well organized, detail oriented and deadline driven
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
· Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications :
· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization with a fluid ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
· Innate ability to identify market opportunity, create innovative solutions that are driven to measurable closed lead loop conversion
· Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred such as SalesForce, Marketo, CQ5, Sprinklr HTML, Photoshop and online analytics packages
