Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for the creation, execution and optimization of email campaigns in our Marketing Automation platform. Through a tight collaboration with the Marketing team, this role will contribute heavily to the Demand Generation efforts and ensures optimal engagement from our prospects and customers alike, throughout their journey with AWS. She/he will also deliver the digital marketing support for the field/product/partner marketing team members in Greater China.

The successful candidate needs to have rich digital marketing skills and experience working in digital marketing role. Deeply understand the importance of the customer experience and has the capability to build and optimize the personalized journey. Understanding of B2B IT or cloud business as well as the decision maker committee like BDM, TDM, IT manager and IT professional / Developer’s online behavior. Hands-on skill on digital marketing platform like Adobe CQ and Marketo (or other marketing automation tool) is required. Salesforce and Tableau are essential to the success in this role.
Responsibilities
· Managing email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment.
· Providing visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability and reducing opt outs.
· Working closely with the Demand, Field Marketing, Product etc. teams to define optimal email/nurture programs to increase awareness, demand generation and customer retention.
· Defines and runs A/B tests and optimizes campaigns; Utilizes personalization and other techniques to increase audience engagement
· Monitoring the and quality of the marketable database and feedback course-corrective actions as needed.
· Staying informed of industry best practices & suggesting experimentations to stay ahead of the curve.
· Providing other digital support like webpage production
Requirements
· Over 6 years successful digital marketing experience. Very organized and experienced in email marketing and campaign planning.
· Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
· Experience with Adobe CQ(or Adobe Experience Manager) and HTML
· Have a data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing campaign results to provide business recommendations.
· Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills, polished interpersonal and influencing skills.
· Energetic and self-motivated and project management skill.
· BA / BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Work experience in internet company is preferred.
