Principal responsibilities
  • Design annual content and creative strategy for brand and campaigns with cooperation with branding team, digital team and campaign team to achieve the target.
  • Responsible for content management and governance, catering the needs for marketing and communications. Explore new content mechanism for the evolving digital platform and other communications channels.
  • Develop major message framework and synergize effort with other marketing, branding, communications and corporate sustainability team. Oversee daily marketing collateral, social media contents working with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and correct tone-and-manner.
  • Initiate marketing communications campaigns ideas and oversee project execution, in coordination with marketing teams, other department parties and external stake holders.
  • Bachelor degree or above. The job holder will need to have at least 8 years work experience in branding, content marketing, communications or social media fields. Preferred hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Open-minded, creative mindset with proven solid written skills in different format. Deep understanding of all mainland social media platform.
  • With knowledge in financial or banking industry, to roll out marketing and social media projects with deep understanding of business and branding, and to effectively raise brand awareness and reputation, to accelerate the business development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments and business units, and manage the external agencies.
  • Strong insight and sense on digital marketing and social media, to leverage social hot topics to promote our brand.
  • Fluent Chinese writing and English language skills required.
