Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Tier 1st help desk tickets / escalations through tickets or phone
  • Provide desktop / hardware support, setup and configuration
  • Create users / email accounts and configure hardware
  • Monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Answer helpdesk enquiries and provide inhouse technical support
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in Information Technologies related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ helpdesk & desktop experience, familiar with PC connectivity, Printer & Hardware set up, TCP/IP and VPN
  • Basic technical support at the Server & Network level will be added advantage
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
