2.1 Job Title 
Deputy General Manager of Guosen Securities (Being responsible for investment management or asset management) 
2.2 Job Descriptions 
(1) Assist the General Manager to manage the Company's proprietary investment or asset management business.
(2) Formulate the business development strategy, compile and implement the work plan for the business managed, and achieve the business objectives assigned.
(3) Plan the investment management of major asset categories including bonds, stocks, funds, derivatives and commodities.
(4) Optimize the investment research system and cultivate investment research talents.
(5) Keep strict compliance in business operations, control & prevent business risks.
2.3 Requirements
(1) Bachelor degree or above; has over 10 years of working experience in relevant enterprises with no less than 6 years in relevant financial industries; hold senior or middle-level positions in large enterprises at home or abroad for more than 3 years.
(2) Be capable of strategic thinking and international vision; possess profound reflection and forward-looking judgment on how proprietary investment of securities or asset management business evolves; having cross-border business experience is preferred.
(3) Be familiar with relevant regulations of securities investment and regulatory requirements, and have strong awareness of compliance and capabilities of risk management.
(4) Be proficient in corporate management and operations with essential duty performance expertise.
(5) Have excellent performance track record with deep understanding of corporate management, deal execution and spirit of innovation.
(6) Hold qualifications required by national industry authorities and meet competence standards provided by relevant regulatory authorities.
(7) Good command of both verbal and written Chinese is a must.
