1. Company Profile

2.1 Job Title

Deputy General Manager of Shum Yip Group (Being responsible for commerce and operation of industrial parks)
2.2 Job Descriptions 
(1) Implement the work arrangements of the management, participate in the formulation of the annual business plan and budget plan, propose and implement the annual work plan and budget plan of the business in charge, and be able to ensure the steady growth of business.
(2) Formulate and implement the strategic planning and annual plans of the Group's commercial operations and industrial park businesses.
(3) Manage and implement M & A, business attraction, operation and ABS (Asset Backed Securities) of the Group's commercial properties.
(4) Directly guide, manage, urge and drive management innovation of the department in charge, and complete various tasks.
(5) Supervise the formulation and implementation of various rules and regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
2.3 Requirements
(1) Bachelor's degree or above, accumulative work experience of over 10 years in related companies, with over 3 years of service experiences as a senior or middle-level executive in domestic or foreign large-scale enterprises of the same level.
(2) Be proficient in corporate management and operations with essential duty performance expertise.
(3) Have an excellent performance track record with deep understanding of corporate management, deal execution and spirit of innovation.
(4) Be proficient in administering planning, business attraction, operation and internal control of large-scale commercial projects or industrial parks; good at commercial pattern innovation and able to shoulder investment, M & A, operation and ABS (Asset Backed Securities) of commercial properties. Successful case presentations are preferred.
(5) Hold qualifications required by national industry authorities and meet competence standards provided by relevant regulatory authorities.
(6) Good command of both verbal and written Chinese is a must.
