As a result, the AWS GCR Demand Generation Engine team is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Demand Generation Coach who will work closely with Demand Generation Rep team to leverage resource to design and develop snack-able course of 'Virtual Selling', build up the DGR's competency model. Drive whole DGR team be ready for customer trusted conversation and better enhance the sales productivity.
You will be responsible for offering digital competency to the Demand generation team, in their efforts of prospecting for new business, acquiring new customers and activate new customer, generate new opportunities and closing small deal in a diverse customer base, across our customer segments. You will partner with internal function team (PM, Marketing, Field enablement team, Solutions Architect, Specialist, Partners and Sales functions) to design and deploy ramp up new comers plan, call tactics and call script to speed up new comers ramp up, deliver regular enablement and vertical sales play skills for velocity program to enhance customer trusted conversation. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring and developing young sales professionals, shadowing Demand Generation Rep's customer engagement call, individual coaching, develop relationships and work stakeholders to refine the processes needed to standardize the operation to drive productivity increases, deliver tele-skill course to core partner, building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications :
. 10+ years in technology related Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Trainer, Coach, Enablement, Learning and Development, Business Development, Sales Managers or other related field
. Ability to conduct deploy 'Virtual Selling' course such as tele-skill curriculum, optimize sales competency & skill development and assessment.
. Experience developing and executing new comer's ramp up plan and sales team's enablement plan.
. Good English reading and writing skills
. Strong communication skills with an innate attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications :
. 4+ years in team sales coaching positions in a result-oriented environment
. Experience with Salesforce.com
. Extensive work with teams and/or group coaching
× Demonstrable customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive
× Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading program, and influencing results
× Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
× Track record in effectively collaborating with and influencing the stakeholders
× Cloud knowledge or working experience is plus
× Fluent oral and written English skills to have close communication with global peers
