Job Description



Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation of the delivery SOP, implementation and inspection of delivery standards, acceptance standards, and site image standards 2. Responsible for customer satisfaction and after-sales problems, including return visits and early warning of problems during user decoration 3. Responsible for the standardized implementation of drawings and quotations 4. Responsible for the implementation of after-sales customer complaint handling and judgment and accountability.

Qualifications
1. Experience in delivery team management or quality control management 2. Familiar with relevant professional knowledge of home improvement construction and home building materials products 3. Familiar with engineering nodes, familiar with technology and work flow 4. Possess strong team spirit and organizational skills, be conscientious and attentive to work, and have a full sense of responsibility and principle for the position.
