Our client,a Japanese multinational consumer electronics and video game company, is seeking aJapanese Speaking Customer Support Assistant to support their daily operation.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:- Contacting clients and collecting their responses.
- Responsible for customer support, troubleshooting or customer complaint through phone and email. Co-working with relevant department according to the issue.
- Contact with Headquarter in order to gather necessary information and answer for solvingcustomer’s problems
- Learn about our physical and digital products spec eagerly for solving customer’s problems
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Has passion and interests in video game is definitely an advantage
- Flexible, good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Native in Japanese, Fluent in Cantonese, Good command of written&spoken English.
- Knowledge in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
- Keep the information of customers such as telephone number, e-mail address, birthday date etc strictly confidential
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Japanese/Chinese/English word processing
- Good time management, able to work under pressure
- Has experience in Online Trading is definitely an advantage
