-Process orders and enter the orders into SAP. Ensure the accuracy of order entry and changes
-File orders/request according to guidelines/policy
-Proactively communicate order confirmations/changes to customer and as well as Buyer -Be knowledgeable about products to answer customer enquiries.
-Coordinate between customer, supply chain and sales team to ensure the success order proceed and product on time delivery.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1- 2years relevant experience.
- College and above degree in business administration, supply chain, Biology or international trade
- Good written and oral communication in English preferred
- Familiar with SAP system and MS Excel.
