Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and customer services support to clients and the sales team
  • Keep the relationship with existing clients
  • Answering customer inquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
  • Processing complaints and, if appropriate, issue refunds.
  • Taking information from customers and entering it into a database.
  • Provide sales administrative support including new business follow-up and maintain good record keeping
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the payment industry
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player that flourishes in a positive environment
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
