Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-d businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are seeking high calibre professionals to join our department as Customer Service Officer.

Principal responsibilities
  • Greet and offer help to customers and visitors to the corporate banking office and notify the respective relationship managers
  • Provide general administrative support to the relationship management team
  • Compile periodic sales related reports, management information, or performance statistics for senior management
  • Communicate and liaise with internal parties to resolve customer issues
  • Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the development of Corporate Banking.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred Previous experience in providing administrative support in banking or professional firms an advantage Understanding of banking operations and its products or services, general knowledge in customer onboarding, trade, investment, insurance, credit approval and related documentation procedures, cash management is an advantage High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to create and deliver a highly personalized customer experience to improve engagement and satisfaction Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently but also as a team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving skills and effective time management, ability to identify and define problems that impact on daily work and wider business Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred Strong PC user with good MS Office and Excel skills
