WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Provide quality enquiry services to agency force efficiently and effectively at Premier Agency Centre and support the team to achieve pre-defined service benchmark and strive excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide quality enquiry service to agencies
  • Provide professional enquiry service to agents via counter and phone regarding operations procedures including general enquiries, case assessment, screening and appeals.
  • Be the Case Manager of received cases and handle with one-stop approach to follow up pending cases
  • Be the linkage between clients and staff-in-charge including agents and staff.
  • Handle and review appeal cases received from agencies by applying the Empowerment Guidelines and suggest proper recommendations to senior.
  • Assist to enhance team performance including review existing procedures and suggest systems modification.

Other responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or University Degree holder
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
  • Pro-active, independent, analytical, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative with a passion for customer centricity
  • To be committed to provide a high standard of service to our members
  • Attentive to details, well-organized with good problem-solving skills
  • Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage
  • IIQE Paper 1& 3 holder is essential, IIQE 2& 5 is preferred
