Exciting new role for you
You will be responsible for managing the Customer Services team, leading the team to maintain good relationship with clients via client visit, phone or email. Setting guideline & KPI and formulating the strategy within customer services.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in customer services in insurance or finanaical industry.
  • Solid knowledge in Group Medical Product. EB,MPF, wealth management products and other insurance product are plus.
  • Good leader with excellent people management skill, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing is a must
