Job Description Summary
Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories.

Responsibilities
. Champion opportunities to consistently improve customer experience for LCS as Customer Experience ambassador
. Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction
. Drive customer issues resolution in daily operation and escalate issues
. Actively maintain interactions with external customers to prevent, intervene in and solve complex customer issues in a timely manner, in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
. Interface with Function teams to develop and implement key initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
. Add insights to reflect customer voices and customer experiences
. Optimize internal process relates to the customer experience
. Design and implement Customer Care program in different region & products
. Develop resources (including workflows, templates, training), teach and guide team in effective customer issues resolution and handle any escalation
Qualifications/Requirements:
. Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare industry experience or minimum 3 years customer management experience
. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of customer facing role
. Experience and understanding customer needs and business drivers
. Excellent interpersonal skills including, teamworking skills and good communication skills
. Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills
. Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
. Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a proven track record of execution
. Business acumen -understands commercial and operational business priorities
