Job Description



  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers

  • Ensure daily work management is maintained %26ndash; hotline, voice mail, web chat, email enquiry. 

  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers%26rsquo; needs

  • Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards

  • Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative work



  • University graduate

  • At least 2 years%26rsquo; experience in customer service in insurance companies

  • Proficient in both spoken %26amp; written English %26amp; Chinese

  • Good communication %26amp; interpersonal skills

  • Attentive to details and well organized

  • Willing to learn and self-initiated

  • Good command of MS Office including Word %26amp; Excel


  • Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1 %26amp; Paper 2
