Job Purpose and Impact
The Corporate Strategy Associate I will support our business to achieve strategic growth target. We seek a professional to preform significant analysis to identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing and new product development strategies, and leading mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture projects for defined areas.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop market insights and translate to commercial game plan by analyzing product demand and trend for defined regions/areas, building competitive landscape and identifying strategic partnerships and developing actionable strategic and commercial insights.
  • Lead our portfolio management office and drive the regional project game board process including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture transactions ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Lead, identify and resolve obstacles to complete project on time and budget including project plan, business metrics to measure through projects stages, risk and issue management, and ensure project objective are met.
  • Coach junior traders and analysts, collaborate with various stakeholders on procurement risk management and strategic trading plans.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Confirmed analytical skills, conceptual thinking and a strong process mentality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience leading, coaching and encouraging feedback from a cross-functional team of individuals
  • Experienced in portfolio and project management.
  • Experienced in leading a cross-functional team of individuals through coaching and feedback.
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Seven years and above experience in commercial or business development.
