HSBC Qianhai brings together HSBC's global banking and markets expertise with Qianhai Financial Holdings local insights to offer a comprehensive suite of China securities products and services.
At HSBC Qianhai, our clients are at the heart of everything we do and we seek to build long-term, strategic relationships with them. We work in close collaboration with HSBC's bankers and product specialists globally to provide tailored investment banking, securities broking, investment research and financial advisory services to meet the needs of our clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
Responsibilities of the role holder
  • Organize Investor Access events including bespoke/group tours, conferences, roadshows and other ad hoc client requests
  • Ensure all logistical arrangements (travel, accommodation, ground transportation) are arranged smoothly and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with research/sales/banking/clients for Investor Access events cross asset classes
  • Ability to work with people at all levels within the Bank as well as corporates, clients, vendors etc.
  • Provide support to Head of Corporate Access to plan and execute events described above
  • Demonstrate high professionalism and trustful image in client interaction
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate full compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of HSBC, also in line with the Code of Conduct
  • Conduct and support ad hoc projects where applicable
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills.
  • With relevant working experience and ability to develop relationships with corporates. Good understanding of local culture.
  • Native Mandarin speaker, proficiency in English
  • Experience in corporate access, event marketing/management (across different asset classes preferred, not just equities), investment banking, brokerage, research, investor relations.

Location: Shenzhen/shanghai/Beijing, China
