Site Name: Hsinchu Posted Date: Jun 20 2022 Are you looking for a quality compliance role where you can enhance your project management expertise in a state of the art manufacturing environment If so, this Quality Management Systems Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. As a Quality Management Systems Manager, you will set-up, manage and ensure the Inspection Readiness program and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Audit at the local site. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Drive continuous Quality and Compliance mindset within site operations to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and GSK Quality Management Systems regarding quality and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Inspection. Responsible for Level 1 (L1) - self inspection audits. Responsible for Level 2 (L2) - internal audits. Organize and coordinate local site audits, Regulatory Inspection and Management Process (RIMP), and EHS inspection Manage the Inspection Readiness program for the local site Why you Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree Experience in audit management Experience with quality processes and activities Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Environment Health & Safety (EHS) certification Managerial, analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support and coach the operational teams on audit process Why GSK Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.
