Job Responsibilities:- Administer compensation to distribution for HK Pension business within specific turnaround time, including exception case handling.
- Collect data and perform compensation calculations and coordinate system implementation of compensation calculation logic where necessary.
- Work with sales team, operations team and IT team to resolve compensation issues.
- Provider ad hoc support on compensation related issues.
Experience & Qualifications:- Degree/Diploma holder
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in provident funds operations (MPF & ORSO)
Knowledge/Skills:- Responsible, logical and attentive to details
- Willing to learn
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communicator and be a good team player
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Satisfactory spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access
