About the clientOur client is a leading property group focus on property, infrastructure, department stores and hotels .They are currently looking for a dynamic candidate to join as company secretary Assistant.
Responsibilities- Assist in full range of company secretarial and compliance duties for their HK and overseas
- Assist in the preparation of interim/annual reports, financial analysis
- Organize and prepare for board meetings ,shareholder meetings
- Arrange notification of corporate changes to the relevant authorities
- Assist in the handling ad-hoc projects
Requirements:- Degree holder in relevant disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of solid company secretarial experience in pro firm or sizable company
- Excellent command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Proactive,detail oriented and hardworking
