Job Description
We are searching executive communications manager to support Chair of Intel China. The person will plan and execute in house executive communication programs, including speeches, newsletters, feature interviews, business update meetings, open forums, award ceremonies, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep effective interaction with executive and develop executive communications plan, including defining key narratives and topics, designing major programs, setting up cadence, and measuring result metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders among Intel China to shape communication strategy, understand different perspectives, identify cross-site demand and needs, and drive implementation of communications programs
- Own the pen for content development in various of format, including keynotes, speeches, cross-BU presentation, newsletters, video, etc.
- Work close with external communications team on executive profiling programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent in storytelling and writing skills with quality and speed
- Keynote, video and multi-media development and producing
- Excellent inter-people communications
- Project management master, multi-tasking and fast mover
- Fast learning and deep thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of business, technology, and iiudu
- Strategic thinking and constructive
- Convincing, strong influencing and debate capability to make clarification on critical situations
- Prioritize, and focus on key result delivery
