Digital Delivery is a new function within Group Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function.
Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the TD/BAs and Group Functions.
We collaborate with other parts of the organization, both in Group Digital & IT, with TD/BAs and Group Functions. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. We are team players with clear common ambitions, and we win together.
We are now looking for a Delivery Manager Charger & Infrastructure, Volvo Energy
In this role you will be reporting to Head of Commercial Solutions China, DDA Service Sales & Digital Exp.
You will be responsible for the Charger & infrastructure related applications(VECR in short) as the Delivery Manager.

Position description
As a delivery manager you will act as a line manager for the resources connected to the VECR portfolio, You will also together with the scrum master ensure an efficient day to day delivery in accordance with the set goals and KPI's.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the business stakeholders
Actively benchmark the sub-portfolio with similar solutions, internal as well as external, in order to continuously provide a fit-for-purpose solution
Drive continuous improvement of the delivery
Manage the assignment in accordance to the agreed KPI's and PI's
Plan for long-term capacity and competence management aligned with the solution road map
People management in terms of recruitment, competence development, people review, and etc
Responsible for building an excellent cooperation across the domains/regions within/cross Group IT
Required competencies
. Relevant university degree
. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a global context
. Proven experience in developing and coaching people
. Strong experience from working in an IT delivery organization including solid knowledge about methods used
. Good understanding of the Volvo IT tools.
. Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
. Complete proficiency in English is a requirement

. Have demonstrated strong leadership competencies relevant to the Volvo Group Leading Leaders level, specifically:
o have the ability to drive for results
o have excellent prioritization skills and ability to eliminate roadblocks
o have a leadership characterized by a high level of integrity, trust & fariness to direct reports
