Job Description :
  • Generating profitable sales in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, through:
    • Developing and executing Local Market sales plans
    • Supporting local H&B leader and sales teams by teaching sales excellence and prospecting methodology
    • Developing a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the Large Market, Regional and Global segments
    • Converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the relevant client servicing teams with ownership and full responsibility
    • Developing cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients needs
    • Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertise
    • Facilitating cross-selling and up-selling activities in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, including where appropriate the introduction of Client Hewitt, Client Benfield and ARS colleagues/services
    • Following the Client sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through SFDC usage and compliance with marketing and branding standards
