The Client Mgmt Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as first level of management within operations.
  • Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities for one section of an operations area.
  • Typically manage two or more teams through subordinate Team Leaders.
  • May have project management, ongoing management responsibilities in their area or may be responsible for managing a process within their function.
  • Supports day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions.
  • Exhibits understanding of governing rules and regulations and the implication of processes on other groups within the department and other divisions in the firm.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:
  • University graduate with over 5-10 years working experience or Master Degree with over 3-5 years working experience is preferable.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding client service at a senior level
  • Extensive TTS product knowledge, including detailed understanding of product functions, operational structure, and support processes
  • Strong analytical skills - the ability to analyze processes and systems, evaluate data, and identify process improvements
  • The ability to coordinate and lead colleagues in achieving a common objective
  • An excellent communicator and great positioning skills with clients Passion for the Client and Client experience
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management and presentation skills, ability to lead cross-functional internal and external teams in meeting both short and long-term project deliverables
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
  • Excellent language skills in both Chinese and English


Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
