Job Description :
Thisrole will be responsible for the development of product plans and client growth strategies in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate thedevelopment of products and channels, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Head to define local market strategy of the business.
  • Own the related performance drivers. Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets and product financial performance.
  • Develop new partnership and channels to drive business growth. Execute client value propositions, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve client growth..
  • Manage client and competitor market research, develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace.
  • Oversee day-to-day management for core projects such as product delivery, system enhancement, client experience and communication. Help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
  • Take lead in the key project and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver result.
  • Work with external partners to explore business opportunities, construct the cooperation framework, and ensure smooth daily cooperation.
  • Build processes and controls to ensure compliance of regulation and internal policy.

Qualifications:
  • 6-10 year experience in financial industry. Functional experience in marketing, acquisition, product development, or project management.
  • Be familiar with the digital ecosystems, and understand the development of internet banking, payment and fin-tech services in the market. Knowledge in cards and lending business is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and manage unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Demonstrated analytical skills. Self-motivated and result oriented. Capable to handle complicated details and explore innovative problem solutions.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong leadership, good team spirit and inter-personal skills. Able to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
