Job Description :
Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 502953) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year’s relevant work experience. They should have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency (including MS Word and Excel); good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work independently and in a team environment; and be able to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details under tight deadlines.
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the ‘Jockey Club Peace and Awareness Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative’ (JC PandA), assist in programme/event logistics and implementation as well as perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
