Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 503199) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (min. grade C/Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language (min. Level 4) and Mathematics. They should have at least 2 years full-time work experience, fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good communication and organizational skills; the ability to handle multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure; proficiency in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Chinese word processing; and be self-motivated. The appointee will handle undergraduate programme administration, organize events and functions, manage database, assist in general office administration, and undertake other duties as assigned. Those with higher qualifications may be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
