Job scope: Perform end to end recruitment for Campus hiring across mainland China, involve in campus recruitment project and play a critical role in campus recruitment strategy, capability and efficiency build up.
Main Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute University Recruiting related activities, and builds relationships with Target universities
2. Collaborates with business leaders to understand needs and subsequently develop campus program to attract top talent
3. Partner with diverse business teams to understand specific business needs, develop, implement and execute new University graduates recruitment strategies across GC
4. Engage active and passive top talent through building university relationships and explore all kinds of online and on-campus sourcing channels
5. Manage efficient selection process to build quality pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openings
6. Conducts exploratory interviews and builds relationships with graduating students to create a talent pipeline ensures candidates are appropriately incorporated into the Applicant Tracking System
7. Expected to drive collaboration across local business leaders, HR teams
8. Communicate with hiring managers and internal partners on recruitment progress
9. Work as one team and assume ad-hoc projects whenever there is a surge in hiring needs
10. Represent ST externally and communicate our goals and strategy Profile
1. Bachelor degree / Master's degree in relevant fields like HR, Psychology, etc. with minimum of 8 years university recruiting experience (preferred technical)
2. In-depth understanding of the China higher education system and recruiting landscape
3. Ability to understand our complex / matrix business to place candidates in areas that align with their skills and interests and meet our business needs
4. Results-oriented with the ability to manage projects from start to finish with supervision
5. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills comfortable speaking in public and leading presentations able to engage at all levels of the organization
6. Ability to work efficiently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment
7. Exceptional organizational skills, good teamwork and meticulous attention to detail
8. Strong Stakeholder management skills
9. Fluency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
