Job Description

Position Summary
Work as the change coordinator for change request coordination of production products, it will cover product and process changes, customer and supplier initiated changes and etc.. He or she should work with change management team members closely to get smooth change implementation and achieve the change targets which are defied for each change.
Support program managers for the changes management of on-going projects.
Key Accountabilities
  • Follow the defined change management process and procedure for all changes, monitor the change progress and get the final implementation with defied plan.
  • As for PDSCR, take the lead of the kickoff meeting, then move the CR forward to next step. Work with change management team members with the defined procedure to complete the change feasibility confirmation, actions setup and follow the actions regularly and make them on track and under control.
  • As for the major process change which should be initiated by manufacturing, coordinate the changes according to the defined change management process and procedure.
  • As for eSCR, to review and approve or reject the eSCR. After Buyer transfer the eSCR through the change application form submission, then follow it as defined change management procedure.
  • Work with AE and Sales to get customer approval of the changes feasibility and implementation.
  • Support program managers for specific changes management even the changes are at program management phase.
  • Others which is assigned by department manager.
    Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor degree is the basic, Master degree is preferred, ideally in engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of job experience in an industrial environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of project experience.
  • Automobile environment and experiences with China OEMs are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflicts management skills.
  • Clear Results orientation.
  • Good capabilities of planning setting up, risk analysis and issues resolve.
  • Good process principle knowledge of product design and process design.
  • Knowledge of General Program Management Process. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and in the customer language.
  • Passion for excellence under pressure.
