Campus Services Officer/Campus Services Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) (2 posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 503328)(to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience in the field of hospitality or facilities management. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin); and good interpersonal and communications skills to deal with enquiries professionally. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and work independently as well as in a team. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility and be attentive to details. Demonstrated experience in a guest facing role, with a passion for providing excellent customer service would be preferred. Those with less experience or qualifications may be appointed as Campus Services Assistant at the rank of Clerk II.
The appointees are expected to perform receptionist duties at the Medical campus and ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. They will also manage facility bookings, ensure the cleanliness of the responsible area, assist with general office administrative duties, and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointees may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
