Job Description

  • Receive and handle customer enquiries
  • Record and maintain all customer information and service request in Service Max system
  • Record customer calls and assign task for appropriate field engineer, dispatch service request via Service Max system
  • Record and track all the complaints from customers, and follow up action with case owner
  • Call Center procedures follow up
  • Call Center report summarize
  • Conduct the customer survey every week, feedback hot sheet immediately and provide monthly result to management team on time
  • Be responsible for IB Setup and database maintain.
  • Support Call Center supervisor on the Call Center operational optimize and team cultural development
