Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon Global Selling is looking for Business Operation Manager to join the Paid Education (PE) team. In this role, you will partner with internal/external teams to optimize early stages of the PE customer journey, which assists Chinese Sellers to enroll for PE trainings, addressing their operational pain-points when selling on Amazon. You will invest efforts of understanding customer needs and collecting their feedback as well as identifying new opportunities in a diverse customer base from all over China regions. This role therefore requires the individual to be a business leader that has background in managing client facing campaigns.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Participate to the definition of the goals, drive demand generation campaigns to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve attainment of strategic objectives.
2. Work in close alignment with business leaders to consolidate and filter field requirements, identify key targets and build out the contact database.
3. Own end-to-end lead management process across multiple owned channels and increase lead-to-enrollment conversion.
4. Manage outsourced demand generation representatives, develop them, monitor their performance, and create scaling mechanisms.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business updates and share with stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5+ years of client facing and client management, sales operations or channel management related experience.
2. Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
3. Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Record of success in an outbound sales or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a service-sales / technology-related industry.
2. Skilled in prospecting techniques.
3. High analytical skills with experience with using data towards building strategic operating plans.
4. Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
