- Assist department head to formulate strategic plan and drive strategic initiatives to achieve business target
- Be the focal point between department and the Life Agency, and be able to play the key role to advocate and balance the interest of both parties
- Drive new business from agency and keep the policy renewal at optimum level
- Provide basic underwriting and sales support for Life Agency channel, P%26amp;C products
- Work with business stakeholders to drive sales and resolve operational issues
- Provide support on sales training and business support to assigned agencies
- Ability to handle difficult cases independently
- Be able to handle agent sales hotline enquiries and provide advice in a professional manner
