To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Development Manager located in Shanghai.
What a typical day looks like:
  • Investigate and cultivate the vehicle electrification products business opportunities in AP region.
  • Define and business development strategy and carry out effective sales activities to penetrate targeted customers/projects for business acquisition.
  • Facilitate and enhance cross-functional communication and relationship to maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance.
  • Align with our company culture and global product strategy to detail tactics for business intelligence.
  • Integrate internal resource and external resource for new business acquisition, streamline BD tactics/activities casting.
  • Be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to create and sustain business demand.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • 3 years business development in automotive industry and own relevant skills.
  • Rich client resource is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Skilled in oral and written English.
  • Integrity, good sense of self-driven.
  • Experience in multinational company is a plus.
  • Experience in vehicle electrification product is a plus.
