As a Business Development Manager of Digital Native Business team working with Amazon Web Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help promoting the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include increasing adoption, and market penetration in large digital native accounts. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong technical selling and business development capabilities, along with the ability to show a deep understanding around how CXO, Lines of Business, software developers, cloud architects speak and think.
This individual should be prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets, and should be able to show a track record of building and closing new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities
. Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
. Develop and execute against a territory plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline
. Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
. Cover CXO and different lines of business, cloud architects, engineers, developers, to position the value of AWS.
. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services within the Digital Native Business and start-ups , with more specific focus around engagement with firms in Hong Kong
. Analyze sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategy.
. Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
. Work with partners to manage their pipelines, amplify their efforts, coach their resources and drive adoption.
. Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as best practices implementations.
. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
. Create and implement sales programs and tools that increase performance within your territory.

. Proven track record of territory growth and quota attainment covering accounts in Hong Kong.
. 8+ years technology related business development or sales experience.
. Fluency in English & Cantonese, in both written and oral form.

. Mandarin speaking
. Masters or MBA a plus
. Strong technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.
