Job Description



Responsibilities
1. Marketing and operation of e-commerce node activities, planning brand e-commerce activity plans in conjunction with Douyin e-commerce promotion nodes, and linking the implementation of resources within the group to help brands achieve GMV goals 2. Brand event marketing, targeted planning lines Online and offline key event marketing, help brands make a sound, and mobilize resources from all parties to promote the implementation of the plan 3. User insight, collect user feedback in a scientific way, analyze pain points through user insight, and output corresponding product iteration strategies and new product plans 4. User operation, form a community operation strategy, and maintain the core seed user community.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of work experience, with consumer product brand marketing / user insight / product development / consumer product entrepreneurship Experience is preferred 2. Have experience in promotion and marketing on new media platforms, and are familiar with Douyin ecological brand marketing 3. Interested in consumer goods, have strong user perspective and product sense, and have a good understanding of user experience and product details High acuity and high requirements 4. Have their own thinking and in-depth insights on brands and business, be entrepreneurial, energetic, flexible, good at teamwork and mobilize resources from all parties.
