We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in Life Insurance or Financial Related Industry

  • Experience in managing Scrum teams in Agile methodology

  • Understanding of insurance organizations and value chains

  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and unstructured environment, influence stakeholders at different level

  • Proven ability to collaborate to deliver for business outcomes

Nice to Haves:

  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Good communication skill with fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, written and spoken English

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, postgraduate degree is a plus

  • Agile professional certificate is a plus

On the job you will:

  • Work closely with business units, internal and external stakeholders to drive system application solutions to address business needs

  • Ensure projects are executed to deliver the expected benefits with the agreed timeframe and budget

  • Run daily scrum meetings for test backlog and troubleshooting different issues

  • Facilitate, track and monitor project roadmaps

  • Collaboration and leading members of the agile team through the sprints and resolve issues

  • Ensure project compliance with relevant governance

  • Coordinate cross-project activities

  • Effective management of the business application development cycle from eliciting user requirements, planning business analysis activities, user acceptance testing, to deployment of solution etc.

  • Facilitate user enquiries and production issues
