The core responsibility of the role is to ensure Group TDA steering committee materials and set up are of high quality. You are responsible for overall KPI tracking across TDA and producing KPI slides for monthly TDA steering committee and manage qualitative comments on key KPI changes by eliciting and incorporating feedback from work stream leads. Managing Group level RFPs for TDA related purposes, TDA communications with Internal Communications team and TDA COE (centres of excellence) recharges in conjunction with Group Finance.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the monthly TDA steering committee set up including logistics, invitations, distribution of material and publishing the minutes of the meeting
  • Responsible for ensuring follow on actions from the TDA steering committee are tracked to closure
  • Responsible for producing detailed KPI trackers working across TDA pillars and with the work stream leads
  • Responsible for working with workstream leads or designates to incorporate key changes to the KPIs for qualitative commentary
  • Responsible for TDA related support (material consolidation/creation) for distribution to the steering committee, Tech and Ops Committee, CTO Forum and Health and Wellness steering committee etc.
  • Responsible for managing Group level RFPs related to the TDA program including RFP creation, running the RFP process and collaborating with other key stakeholders within both Group Technology and other Group Functions (e.g. Group Sourcing) to ensure materials are of high quality and best practice process is followed.
  • Responsible for managing internal communications with respect to TDA across the Group and the Business Units thru the development of a well-defined communication plan
  • Responsible for coordinating with Group Finance and the work stream leads to ensure program delivery, recharges for COEs and financial spend alignment
  • Responsible for working with Group Human Resources team to create learning content on TDA for various levels/stakeholders within the organization
  • Responsible for managing knowledge sharing sessions between different markets on specific topics of interest within the TDA portfolio
  • Responsible for managing the central knowledge repository of TDA assets
