We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, FIG Investment Banking.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Leading advisory and coverage delivery focussed on FIG and fintech clients across Asia. To work co-operatively with product and country teams
  • Financial Analysis: Developing bank, insurance, asset management and fintech valuations and creating/analysing financial models, as well as conducting financing, comparative and pro forma analyses
  • Client Materials: Leading in the preparation of presentations and other materials for clients
  • Transaction Execution: Interacting with clients and various levels of management, and acting as an integral part of the engagement team
  • Sector knowledge: Keeping up to date with the markets and the sector developments, understanding regulatory frameworks in relevant jurisdictions to support developing advice, valuation and financing structures
  • Supervising the work of analysts, associates and interns
Qualifications
Requirements
  • Investment banking or accounting background preferred
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Experience in execution of IPO and / or M&A transactions
  • Knowledge of and experience within the FIG and fintech sector
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation
  • Experience in developing marketing materials (pitch books), including research
  • Experience with common databases (such as Bloomberg, Factset, Wind, etc)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High levels of motivation and strong work ethic, 'can do' attitude
