Grow products and expand market share by creating consumer awareness, demand and ensuring conversion for treatment. Take ownership in strong brand equity among target consumers. As a core member of China's marketing team, the role contributes to the fast growth of the region with strategic thinking, good analytical skill, excellence in execution, Consumer marketing/PR experience, customer-orientation, and collaboration.
In this role, you will…
  • Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics
  • Develop strategic plan and annual consumer brand plan and key initiatives to meet the key conversion KPI for treatment.
  • Develop LCM for consumer segments and initiate key programs by analyzing the target profiles.
  • Set up and optimize the communication platform with different stakeholders.
  • Differentiate brands and own consumer mind share by differential positioning and communication strategy and campaign against competitors.
  • Supervise digital marketing and eCommerce activities ensure managing right touch points and activities.
  • Responsible for DDTC daily execution and strategy planning.
  • Responsible for E2E digital platform includes (SCRM/Weibo/WeChat/social media relates/digital platform communication/DDTC) to build up Invisalign digital communication format.
  • Guard strong brand equity by necessary measures and campaign.
  • Review and approve localized consumer-facing materials.
  • Manage agencies and adapt best industry practice.
  • Conduct consumer market research projects to ensure continuous search of growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors activities and propose measures.

In this role, you'll need …
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Master is a plus.
  • Proven track record with more than 10 years of either prior FMCG experience in a healthcare-based company (pharma/consumer healthcare) or healthcare products with Direct-To-Customer experience.
  • Candidate from Device companies can be considered - that will include Blood Monitoring Device, Hearing Aids, Diabetes Care Device (related to Pharmacy chain).
  • Strong consumer communication knowledge and has exposure in digital/ some brand management.
  • With more than 2 years team management experience.
  • Experience in managing younger group product category (teenage and/or early adulthood category) preferred.
  • Able to lead the successful implementation of new ‘start-up business practices or ideas preferred.
  • Solid knowledge in developing action plan for implementing strategic goals of the business prioritizes areas of operational focus.
  • Keen awareness of financial, operational and business concepts assesses risk and opportunity accurately with a willingness to act in the strategic interest of the business.
  • Result driven, ensure goals are met through support and accountability.
  • Customer oriented, conduct business and make decisions with concern for the customer's experience and needs.
  • Innovative yet practical, produce and promote new ideas push the business and industry ahead with new ways of approaching work, products, or services.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
