We are assisting a leading Big 4 PRC investment banking group to fill the captioned role.

  • The role will primarily focus on project management for Operations Division and also supporting the day to day Middle Office functions.
  • Lead system enhancement/bug fixes projects for Middle Office and other teams in Operations including equity and bond, F&O settlement teams, account administration team, and fund administration team.
  • Collate and document user requirements. Coordinate users, IT and system vendors on project prioritization, UAT and production release.
  • Participate in meetings with management to report project status.
  • Perform daily trade processing on various products including equity, fixed income, F&O.
  • Liaise with counterparties/external clients on trade matching/confirmations.
  • Manage client data in trade booking systems.
  • Review procedures continuously and identify opportunities to streamline processes, drive efficiency and improve control.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in project management/change delivery
  • Experience in middle office/business analyst in investment bank/brokerage firms and knowledge of front to back processes
  • Strong analytical and planning skill
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint. IT background would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate with different stakeholders confidently
  • Be a proactive, quick-minded, enthusiastic self-starter
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good command of Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
