Job SummaryAssistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
Assist Project/Senior QS on pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
Preparing the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
Attend meetings and site inspections when required
Comply with the Company's QA requirements and best practice
Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
Leading and coaching junior staff in delivery of services, including checking on the works done by junior staff
Collaborate and develop good relationship with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
Attend meetings and site inspections when required
Comply with the Company's QA requirements and best practice
Minimum RequirementsAssistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline or equivalent (possession of non-Degree/Degree in other discipline with relevant or related postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying may also be considered)
For Quantity Surveyor, at least 3 years relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in consultant firm experience
Candidates with less than 3 years relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in consultant firm experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Practical experience in working on civil infrastructure projects and/or metro railway projects and/or public sector building works projects and/or MEP works is advantageous
Preferably with strong interest to participate in civil infrastructure projects and/or metro railway projects and/or public sector building works projects
Interest and willingness to participate in NEC3 ECC and NEC4 ECC Forms of Contract. Great opportunities to learn the future of HK public sector procurement method
Good learner and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and ambitious to achieve success working in collaborative team environment
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

At least 6 years relevant quantity surveying experience in civil infrastructure projects and/or Metro Railway projects and/or Building Works projects
Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or equivalent (minimum 2 years)
Enthusiasm and ambition for success with proven practical experience in handling civil infrastructure projects and/or metro railway projects and/or public sector building works projects in Hong Kong or Overseas
Willingness to participate in civil infrastructure projects and/or metro railway projects and/or public sector building works projects
Proven practical experience, interest and willingness to participate in NEC3 ECC and NEC4 ECC Forms of Contract works is advantageous. Great opportunities to work on project using the future of HK public sector procurement method
Good leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and lead a team to achieve success working in collaborative team environment
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
