Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of customer projects and provide updates to the customer regularly
  • Ensure smooth implementation with all deliverables completed without delay
  • Identify and provide solutions to any issue, risks and other impediments to project delivery
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors and partners on service provisions process
  • Work with internal and external partners effectively
  • Facilitate in the internal process improvement project

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Telecommunications/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT industry and handling relevant projects
  • Holder of professional certifications like CCNP / CCIE would be an advantage
  • PMP, ITIL holder is preferred
  • Passionate, teamwork, flexible and self-initiative
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills are required
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
