Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to Pension Operations team, including data input, filing, quality checking
  • Input and update data in internal system and Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Has experience in clerical or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good in English and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, organized and attention to details
  • Can work minimum 30 working hours per week is highly preferred (hours can be negotiated)
  • Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
