Job Description


  • Manage Club Suisse Membership Program e.g. manage membership benefits for different clients segments and uplift program attractiveness.

  • Execute marketing programs and gift fulfilments.

  • Develop promotion materials e.g. leaflets, privilege booklets, corporate brochure. 

  • Responsible for the marketing collateral production such as Bi-annual newsletter, invitations and posters.

  • Prepare marketing budget, program evaluations and customer reports.

  • Develop creative ideas for planning and organizing events such as client events, lifestyle events, luncheon, sales award presentation and etc

  • Work closely within internal and external parties to ensure good execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Liaise with business parties and organizations for potential collaborations.

  • Source and identify vendors required in accordance to AXA%26rsquo;s policies and negotiate, supervise and monitor vendor%26rsquo;s performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Develop and implement the event operational plan and ensure strict adherence to the work schedule and proper delivery and implementation of each event. Administer all logistics and operational duties for the staging and execution of event components.

  • Formulate service contracts/agreement with vendors such as event. management companies, service providers and stakeholders to protect the best interest of the Company.

  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.
