Job Description :
  • Conduct business requirement workshop and work with business user to prioritize the business demands, document the requirements and business process mapping in structural templates;
  • Manage IT projects and innovation initiatives such as RPA or Chatbot implementation from tender stage to implementation stage;
  • Work with IT Enterprise Architecture team to identify solutions best suitable for the current District’s system architecture;
  • Work with respective vendor and users in the user experience and user interface requirements during the system design;
  • Define QA test plan and conduct test execution based on functional / non-functional requirements. Provide necessary support to the business for user acceptance test;
  • Prepare project documentation and conduct user training;
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities with business stakeholders on BAU systems; and
  • Provide production support of applications after system roll-out.

  • Possess a recognised university degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent; possession of a certification in Business Analysis, PMP or Six Sigma is an asset;
  • Strong analytical skills with capability to articulate the complicated problems and business requirements to both technical and non-technical users;
  • Have at least 7 years of total experience in one (or more) of the following areas:
    • business analysis on conduct business requirement workshop, define business processes and document the functional / requirement specification;
    • Experience on design, development, implementation and support on Robotic Process Automation ( RPA) solution such as Blue Prism / UIPath;
    • Demonstrate hands on experience and knowledge in application development using Javascript, PHP, NotedJS, Java,, C#, XML, Web-services, etc; and
    • Mobile application development or Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Possess positive mind-set and willing to take up new challenges;
  • Be a good team player with good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Have knowledge and / or experience to develop analytic report using PowerBI is an added advantage;
  • Have knowledge of solution architecture and / or experience in Dev Ops environment or Cloud platform e.g. AWS or Azure, which is an added advantage.
