Responsibilities:
  • Handle the marketing and leasing matters of commercial premises (office and retail) in Hong Kong and Overseas;
  • Conduct market researches, feasibility studies, rental assessments and data analysis;
  • Liaise with real estate agents, prospective and current tenants for new lettings and lease renewals;
  • Coordinate with property management and other related duties for commercial premises;
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in commercial leasing;
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, willing to take responsibility and act with integrity;
  • Sensitive to figure with good analytical skills;
  • Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
