Assistant Human Resources Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) (2 posts) in the Human Resource Section (HRS) of the Registry(Ref.: 503301) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage. They should also have at least 4 years work experience, strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, IT proficiency, and be able to work independently and under pressure. The appointees will provide administrative support to the section,including day-to-day HR operation, reviews in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits and/or staff performance management,general liaison and any other duties as assigned. They will also be responsible for supervising staff. Prior HR experience is an advantage but not a must. Training and development opportunities will be provided. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
