Job Description


  • Lead and manage QE/QA/QC teams and laboratory;
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that the product quality is complied with international safety standards and customer requirements;
  • Establish methodology of products testing for garment, plush toys, bags, and carriers to ensure buyers’ requirement from US/Europe;
  • Oversee compliance testing and quality procedures, and corrective/ preventive action programs;
  • Conduct and maintain records of product testing reports, internal process audits;
  • Communicate with internal and external parties;
  • Facilitate supplier factories evaluation and qualification;
  • Improve production processes, solving quality problems as well as preventive measures;
  • Manage quality issues arising from customer and vendor feedback.


  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Quality Management or anyrelated disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years of quality experience in a manufacturing industry of which minimum 5 years in managerial level;
  • Good knowledge in international quality standards and models respectively COC requirements, such as ICTI, GSV, C-TPAT, WCA;
  • Substantial quality management experience including TQM & ISO9001 implementation;
  • Station in our Dongguan factory;
  • Travel to other factories (South East Asia) in our group;
  • Strong leadership, self-motivated, high level of integrity, good team player, sophisticated interpersonal skills with all levels;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
